I departed Raptor for a few years for a TRX. Lots of smiles per miles in that. But, after 70k miles I too came back to a Raptor 37. The ride is smoother, and things like lane centering and a 545 mile range do not exist in the TRX.
None of your sounds are the phasers. You will know it when you hear it. It won’t be an internet guessing game. And it’ll be right out the front, not tucked in behind the tire in the wheel well.
I’m cracking up. After putting 70,000 miles on a TRX, which I thoroughly enjoyed, I’ve just purchased a Raptor 37. I find myself enjoying the startups too, but for the opposite reason!!
Ha, when compared to the base audio in my bronco, the B&O sounded pretty good. But recently, I had a complete system installed in the bronco, now the B&O sounds ok.
I bought a slightly used G3. Discovered a cut in one of the rear seat backs. I did the same thing, and purchased a set for $150 off EBay. Now I too have all the seat covers should anything else happen.
I just sold my high mileage TRX and came back to a Raptor 37. So at least 1. The TRX was awesome, and never gave me any problems. Current prices for new ones are way too much to warrant replacing the one I had for essentially the exact same truck.
I have the same. I’ve isolated it to the latch. The release and the latch are both plastic and rub together making the creek when the flip out lid is closed. I’m going to either lubricate or felt the latch on mine.
I am a helicopter pilot in the Detroit Metro area. I can tell you that I see thousands of acre's of trucks sitting in vacant lots awaiting chips. I routinely fly directly over the top of the Dearborn Plant. There have been Ford pickups sitting in these lots for well over a year now.
