Sorry I couldn't help you, UPS is truly beyond ridiculous these days. I would look at a nearby Scrap yard to see if they have a 2015 or newer truck and pull the mirror off, any of them will work.

I'd say the hard shift is only noticeable on 1 hour road trip because the trans has time to come up to operating temperature. I can drive my truck 20-30 minutes around town and the trans still registers as cold. Make sure they get the trans up to temperature before they diagnose. Same...
