Gotta produce traction some how. Otherwise, winch to the nearest tree. He was tugging on the frames of both vehicles. Not going to damage anything unless a strap pops and recoils into the truck. Don't tie off to an axel, or you'll rip the wheels off.
If you get one and run a PC or a tune, then remove the apparatus after running it for a while, the truck will most definitely feel doggish. I would never say any American brand car has the best Luxury interior, but for a truck, you'll never hear me complain. This is my second Raptor. Loved...
MPT, 4A, braked and spooled truck up to 2000 RPM, released brake and floored it...6,000 pound land rocket. Truly, the truck is ridiculous. Forgot to turn off traction control though, so no tire squeal.
As far as I can tell, you are a Ford Customer, that happens to work at a Ford Dealership. Turn your truck in for warranty work like the rest of us Customers do. Driving around in a truck that has an obvious problem for as long as you obviously have makes no sense. And, if all the Techs at...
People are going to tell you to stay away from first model year run's. Too Many problems. Buy a 2018 or wait for the 2019. Blah blah blah. I have a 2017, >17K miles, have not had any of the issues frequently discussed on this forum, with the exception of the occasional waste gate rattle...
I saw a Leadfoot 2018 Sport F-150 a few days a go. If it was not Leadfoot, it was too close to tell a difference between the two colors. Not sure its a Ford Performance color.
Just out of curiosity, I checked my oil level, 17,119 miles, oil changed every 5000 miles, still registering full at the upper dot on the stick. Looks clean too. For those of you counting, that’s 2,119 miles since my last change.
I have an 801a Rap. Comes with lighted Vanity Mirrors, but no homelink. I ordered an OEM visor that had homelink from eBay for $70 or $80, can't remember exact price. Took down my original, plugged in the replacement and everything works. The homelink receives power from the same plug as the...
Confused...quarried FRF on Jan 28...Multiple suggestions made...Works at Ford dealership...Techs plug into the OBD and read a computer screen...No other action taken...Problem not resolved Feb 13...Are there any real Mechanics left...Why is this not resolved...Inexcusable unless you only work...
Overriding it with a tune is doing the exact same thing ForScan does (reprograms the module), only I get the added benefit of increased boost. I love when people who don't know every right answer post THEIR answer  as if its the ONLY answer.
