Sometimes, twisting tubes at an angle to allow an edge to be bit will do the trick. Our tolerances are very tight to promote proper sealing. Also some lubrication around the edges never hurts!
Thanks for the kind words regarding the 1FG. Sorry the DPs added too much chaos into the mix. Luckily, the exhaust is modular so converting to 2FG should put ya in a good spot.

Are you referring to the condensation coming through the exhaust? If so, this is 100% normal. Re: adjustment, are your hangers bars positioned correctly in the hangers? Lubricate your tip clip threads thoroughly with anti-seize to prevent binding. :)

Odd as the videos I have heard, on vehicles that were otherwise stock like the Raptor in our videos, sound... just like our videos. Regarding the clamps, it's all about proper placement.
I would image they do. The crackles and burbles were present in otherwise stock form (and welcomed). Seeing what these adapter do on these vehicles leads me to believe the crackles would be a bit snappier.
