I just weighed our raceline bumper that is fully powdercoated and has 6 tabs welded on to it for lights and brackets welded on for a 20" lightbar and it came out to 56.8 lbs

the beadlock wheel sold the other two are still available.
selling this as a whole system if we can. we won't sell just the headers sorry guys. if that changes ill update this post or make a separate one for the headers alone. thanks

I have a magnaflow exhaust on my truck (2010 5.4) with stock headers and its not super loud on start up and at cruising speed the drone is minimal but when you stomp on it she wakes up and sounds great its a deeper growl. this might be an option for you if you're looking for something a little...

I don't right now joe but let me walk out into the shop in a minute and ill grab some more shots of the back and post them up. still waiting to hear back from the upholstery shop on when the other truck will be done as well so we can post up some final pics!

what we do is completely build and weld the top section of the cage before raising it up to the top of the cab and joining it with the lower supports. this ensures a nice tight fit and looks really clean once the headliner is installed and interior is done.
we should have one of the trucks...
