A multi meter will tell you voltage but it won’t tell you the level of resistance for a particular amperage which for 3000 watts can easily be over 200 amps. Resistance equal heat, heat equals melted wires, melted wires can equal a burned down truck.
Run a 1/0 power and ground directly from the battery to the distribution block and back. At knowledge fest 2018 in Dallas, they spoke about this specifically in the new f150's, chevy's, and rams. Quote from the conference, "The frames are obviously still steel but with the composites, glues, and...
For B&O you would use the NavTV Zen a2b. Same concept as the Dsr1 but it is capable of converting the digital a2b communication protocol of the B&O system.
But with the Zen a2b, you will want to use a stand alone dsp as NavTV has not yet released their dsp software and their is no estimated...
Your installer needs to do some more research. I wouldn’t use him if he’s willing to hack your harness apart when there are plug and play options. The Dsr1 is the correct way to integrate into the Sony system with no splicing.
You use the Dsr1 to remove and replace the factory Sony amp/dsp...
For Sony, use the Rockford DSR1 for integration/dsp. Completely plug and play, absolutely no splicing of the factory harness, integrated chime volume and routing, etc. Makes your install as easy as plugging three plugs together. Also, you always use an external dsp if you prefer that instead of...

I guess I got lucky. I haven’t had those problems thankfully with rca or toslink. It’s been pretty flawless. Any small issues have always been emailed to Tony and NavTV and within a couple days, there’s an update available. Sorry for your trouble.

luxury liner pro on the door card
abs vapor barriers
damplifier pro on the door panels
damplifier pro and luxury liner pro on the rear wall
damplifier pro and closed cell foam on a, b, and c pillars
luxury liner pro on the firewall
a layer...
There isn't one. I would have told you to use the Rockford DSR1 over the Pac, even if you were using an external dsp. Completely plug and play for both inputs and outputs, does not require the dash to be taken apart, and removes and replaces the oem Sony amp/dsp.
You could buy the F02 harness...
