That is correct. We haven't addressed that part yet unfortunately. If OP truck is B&O, the NavTV Zen a2b is necessary in addition to the components. I am not sure where I saw the 4 channel amp listed but now I cant seem to find it so maybe american trucks removed it from their site. Good eye.
The center in the truck is only there to compensate for the poor output of the oem midrange. Its also not a true center. Its a blended left and right center. Once you add more power and install better speakers, the center becomes completely obsolete. It is not needed in any way. Instead of...
Here is a comparative list of components that I have personally heard. I believe the components listed below will sound better and are higher quality.
The 5 channel amp I have listed makes more power for less money compared to standalone speakers and sub amp in the original post.
The JL TW3...
What he is talking about includes:
Rockford t16-s components $200.00
Rockford t1650 coax $120.00
Rockford t400X4ad 4 channel amp $360.00
Rockford t1s-1x10 sub $550.00
Rockford t500 sub amp $310.00
For 1200.00
I haven’t heard those speakers but I think anything over factory is a substantial upgrade. I’ll look around and see if I can build a better package in that same price range. Fun challenge lol.
For whatever reason, people always assume that because a speaker is more expensive, it is better. The tw5 is more expensive simply because it is designed in a shallower package for extra shallow applications. We have plenty of depth for the tw3 in our trucks.
Hell, one 12tw3 will spank one 13tw5. 2db at 110 db is a HUGE difference in output. More XMAX and a lower Fs make the 12tw3 the superior sub.
Both subs were modeled in .8 cu ft with 600 watts at 4 ohm.
The bracket is great and allows the unit to mount to a stationary surface directly connected to body so it has the best chance at detecting shock and vibration!
I googled for a bit and nothing came up saying you had to have a qualified T-Mobile plan. I mean, after all they get your data and location in return. I’m sure they make a lot more off that.
It says in the fine print “Buy yours today for as little as $3/month on our Equipment Installment Plan! Connect your SyncUP DRIVE with an unlimited data plan starting at $10/month with Autopay. “
So based on that it is unlimited but the speed of the data plan is not apparent.
I fully understand the fundamentals of the Zen. My point is, you are complicating your install by maintaining the center channel when, if you properly time align and tune, you will not be able to differentiate between left and right because a true acoustical center image will exist. But you have...
18 will work fine.

I think the install might be a more complicated than it needs to be which is why installers won’t touch it because they know they will have problems making it work properly and sound right.
The alpine processor/ amp you have says nothing about center channel processing. And I don’t quite...
