All of the FORD "special vehicles" are under a new group, SVT is in the past. They are supposed to have 12 or so new vehicles 16-17', Raptor will be one, but a few are offered in Europe only, supposedly. Ford has be known for a little "misdirection" in the past though. Always been fun to see...
Some guys just pulled or rolled them up BIRD, I left mine on and down with no issue and didn't move, my rear view mirror, that's a different story. Saw a few back flips and similar types of covers against the cabs though.
We are rolling out Wednesday 9 or 10 or so...tentatively...positively Wednesday though. SwampKing is coming to BR Tuesday for some last minute "adjustments" to his truck. So positivelymaybe, we"ll all be leaving out from BR at the same time, maybe...
I was "planning" to leave out Wednesday as well, but got a work call last night and may have to fly out Friday and may not fly back in till Wednesday, which sucks! My trucks aren't Prep'd as I wanted them (Corey?). I'll keep you guys in the loop as all my plans are liquid at the moment. "Best...
I got mine right above invoice at Bennett Ford in Saint Francesville. May very we'll be worth talking to Leigh Anne Bennett and the drive for you, tell her Jimbo sent you. She is a very cool lady and kept on top of tracking my order, SCab last year.
Would these issues be since SYNC update? My NAV had no issues until update, now it's super slow locating at times and freezes others and does what you've described.
Great Raptor Run! Thanks to all who were involved setting this thing up.
Just got home in Baton Rouge and am loading my work truck! Missed a text last night and have to be back in San Antonio tomorrow! Sorry I didn't get to say my goodbyes.
Had a great time meeting everyone, The Rap made it...
Alright guys n gals. Just made it home after Hershey's, some other crap Mrs OUTCAST wanted to see, and my personal favorite...The Jack Daniels Distillery! I wanted to say we had a blast! Great people and a great community of super cool folks! Course was a little different for me and overheard...
I mid perched my 10' and 13' last week. The 13's shocks, all around, we're completely wrapped with a thick FOX clear sticker and the 10' had die cuts. For the part, they have a lot more protection than the earlier ones. Just an observation and my 2 cents.
Volans issues?
I also installed a Volant. The reason, IMO, is with this and other CAI's, the "intake baffle's" are removed and you'll get the drone with any full intake tube CAI. I installed a Volant on my 10' 5.4 and had the same drone at around 2k rpm's as my 13 does now, the 5.4 picked up...
...and meanwhile in Louisiana... a CoonAss is trying to pull the synthetic stuffing material out of his teeth cause he thought for sure, "I can eat this thing!" LOL
Orange peel would mean it had paint on it, too much or bad surface prep. I, and others according to previous post, I'm seeing gray (and RED)!
*on another note, no one caught, what I thought was witty, Rush to the 'Finish'?! Lol*
WOW! I didn't see anything in the forum about these issues or maybe I overlooked them. All my "spots in question" seemed to be confined to the front cap. I kind of was figuring it was just Raptor final assembly were the problem might lie. I'm not sure of the assembly process, but I assumed they...
As most know know, I've been around the forum a while but don't post often. Seems most Raptor issues get posted instantly, so I generally go thru the forum and find just about any question or concern I have issue with.
What most may not know is I own a 2010 5.4 and now a 2013 6.2 as well...
