I wasn't clear. No paint, just cut the stars and every other stripe out. It'd still be solid billet in color. The stars would replace the raised dimples or round holes. Make sense?
I didn't look at it that way.
The car has been babied, never raced and always kept in a garage. Comes from a non smoking home. I drove this car to Myrtle Beach and back twice for Mustang Week. It's never given me any problems and is mechanically sound. Oil regularly changed with Amsoil. No rush to sell. Lots of money...
I have an idea for the design of the dead pedal. Not sure if it'd work but what about an American flag? It would be positioned like it was hanging vertically from the roof of an arena or sports complex. Ok so this is a bad idea. Initially it was intended to show patriotism but valid points were...
Of all the colors I feel the white pulls off the graphics the best. I'm normally against any kind of graphics but I think atleast the hood graphics look great on the white Raptors. You can't go wrong either way. Tint will really set it off. I'm jealous. I assume you are in Mississippi? What part?
I know I'm the newb but I'm no stranger to forums. I have 7k posts on another general SVT forum and belong to probably a half dozen other forums.. The trader rating system works great. I believe itrader is the most popular. It's a similar format as ebay. The minimum post count rule is effective...
Did you delete the resonator? Any pics? I have thought about going this route and then looking for some nice dual slash cut tips. Thanks for sharing the muffler part #
Haha yah, I've always loved the Raptor and have contemplated selling the Shelby for one a few times before. SEMA done me in. After seeing all the awesome Raptors and then riding in one on Fords closed course out front I was done for. As soon as I got home I listed my car for sale. I'm hoping to...
I was at SEMA last week and got the opportunity to ride along in a Raptor on the course. It was a blast. I came home, put my Shelby up for sale, and am now searching for a Raptor. I videoed it with my phone from inside the truck. Here is the only pic I have...
Out of state they normally don't mess with you unless he's a real asshole. My brother is a MD State Trooper but out of the Frederick barrack. He doesn't mess with people for tint, especially out of staters.
I've had 35 front and 20 back on other vehicles and it doesn't look bad at all...
I like the concept and that it's oem so I assume they would warranty it? The price seems like the only negative side, especially if you don't keep a vehicle for too long.
