I did that on my gen1. bought a bottom of the line ebay mirror for $80 and swapped out the internals. the blinkers and such are pop out panels so it all fit fine

added 2” fender flares and “dragon skin” wrap enroute to Snoball

The amp ones were included on mine. I think they open up too low to the ground (6”) leaving a 12” step up instead of being half way. They say they are rock sliders, but i am fully expecting to crush them based on how often i hit the frame on my last one. Will let you know how they hold up...

Gen1s were stronger and matte, these gloss ones are too fragile. Wrapped mine on day three, but already got a scratch from something unknown. :mad:
