I have had this for 3 years and haven’t had any problems. I’m stage 2 tuned also. Make sure the rubber groove on the filter is seated properly on the air box ( yellow arrows ). ♂️
Just changed back to red ones, the third hole you’re talking about to recess the hooks more is used for the oem skid plate mount and won’t work with the factory bumper.
I have the stock exhaust with only the SPD trombone added. It does sound great when you give it the gas, but leaving in the morning for work and leaving my employer's parking garage sounds like a unrefined UPS truck. Just normal driving sounds like I'm flooring or hot rodding when actually I'm...
I read where another member used a ratchet strap to rejoin the muffler to the trombone loop. I attached the strap to the frame in front of the trombone loop and the other end to the back of the muffler and slowly ratcheted the two sections together.
I uninstalled my stage 2 tune from Cobb/ Goose tuned on Sunday. Took my truck to Ford to re flash the ecu per the TSB yesterday (Monday). When I got home I re flashed the ecu and transmission STAT. The Cobb aftermarket tune does not mess with Ford's ecu changes that help with cam phaser...
Checked my front passenger floor under the floor mat and it was damp
Ordered the small elbow (Ford oem part) from ebay for 5 dollars.
Jacked up the front passenger side on the frame rail behind the front wheel. Kept the front tire on, just turned to the left.
You can easily see and get to the...
The longer U-bolts did not come with the "kit", I had these from Amazon on hand. Tad long, but fit fine.

On wet roads in 2wd there is still a loss of traction but less axle wrap and less squirming of the rear wheels. On wet roads I usually have to put it in AWD mode, mainly because the tune has made the truck more aggressive off the line. On highway offramps I am able to push the truck a little...
When you put the Deavers on you will lose the OEM lift block because you don't need it. However, you also lose the OEM bump stop landing which is built into the lift blocks I ground down. I think you might need an aftermarket bump stop relocation kit. I believe RPG has them that will work on...
After market bump stops
This Gojak wheel dolly really helps with lining up these heavy tires , no more f’n my back up.
Pain in the *** , but done. Less expensive options out there, this looks the best. Should help with axle hop since I’m running a stage 2 Goosetune.
This RPG built in bump stop landing has to be ground down to fit.. it’s too long to fit.
Front oem leaf spring u bolts have to be longer to work with rpg strike plate.
More pics coming
Okay, on a 2019 raptor with stock leaf springs this is not a easy bolt on 1 hour job as told by RPG. It requires heavy grinding of the stock leaf blocks and 3 holes drilled into the frame. 1 hole on driver’s side and 2 on the passenger side. Here are a few pics.

Only have the front mount for the drivers side installed. Required two more holes in the frame to secure. Rear leaf block modification is my next task.
