It happens in slow speed and when braking to the stop, no mater was i going forward or reverse. Most noticeable when backing up and turning in to incline and rear wheel starts to droop. Popping never happened when i jacked truck up, only in those situations mentioned above in my case.

Well I actually meant the nut, its torqued to 260Nm and spec is 185Nm. Just don't want that or the bushings to fail on our trip.

Found reason for popping noise today and it's coming from leaf spring shackle. I don't have that noise if i loosen the bolt or if it's over torqued. If it's in the right or little bit over torque it makes popping noise. So basically what I'm asking is that can it be tighten over spec's or do i...

God damn did not know that, i stopped using that since i felt that nothing happens. Now i have to try and see does it or is it really broken :crazy:

I think my sport mode button is broken if that should change something. I know traction control kicks in hair later but thats it. Am i wrong or what? I've had this same button in other vehicles and difference was huge once pushed but don't see any difference in this one.

Fenders are some sort of fiberglass but valance is plastic, don't know about hood. Finish on those are definitely different but didn't see it before i got my new fenders back from painter. I got valance repainted so it was lot easier to see difference when i got back and installed them...

Definitely steering rack mine sounds about same. I have 35k km with mine so you did get lot further with yours.

I have that same play on driver side too. Also have clunk coming from front end almost every bump or when coming to stop and taking off. I haven't found anything else from other parts that are not working as should. Only that same play that you have on steering rack bushings. I can feel my clunk...
