@David Stooksbury my noise doesn’t occur on cold starts so it would sound like we are experiencing different things. Truck made the sound again today on first drive in the AM. Seems like it might only be happening when the truck is warm?

I did indeed replace the check valve, just went out and reconnected it again to ensure a proper fit. Also took a peek at the wastegate linkage to see if anything was overly loose. All seemed fine. Went for a quick drive, under boost, no noise this time...That happened last time too but it came...

I’ve been noticing a rattle noise, almost sounds like something is loose, when under boost. The noise occurs under both 2H and 4A at various speeds. It’s noticeable with windows up and certainly louder with windows down. I’m not entirely sure if it’s something turbo/wastegate related or IWE. I...

What is the justification needed to have the dealer replace a steering wheel? Are cosmetic issues enough? If so, wish I knew that on my old vehicle!

On this update I’ve noticed sharper response when switching through menus, better CarPlay connectivity, looks like they added album art to SXM, and I haven’t lost my ambient lighting settings yet lol. I used the USB stick method to update both this time and last. It took roughly 35 minutes this...

That noise you’re probably hearing, is the fuel pump priming if I’m not mistaken...it may be something “technically” different, but it relates to the fuel system. It sounds like a bunch of small high pitched spurts. I used to think something similar too. My truck usually does it when I’ve not...

The irony....I just started noticing this noise and after switching to 4a per this forum, the noise goes away. Only happens when the truck builds boost and goes away after boost returns to 0. I’ll give this replacement part a shot to see if it works, thanks!

Sync v3.4.20282 is now listed as available to users. Most recent previous build I could find was was 20136. Can’t find a changelog...Update can be found on https://help.ford.com/update-sync/
