What do you mean 125HP more then stock Non Shelby Raptors? Stock non Shelby Raptor is 450HP ... Shelby is 525HP ... by simple math thats 75HP more not 125
No way TRX is at 610-615WHP. Before I bought my Roush Raptor I had 2017 Roush Supercharged F150 Stage 2 650HP. It did 510WHP on the dyno and truck was probably 1500lbs lighter then TRX. I would put TRX at around 530WHP at the most.
I've been running Mishimoto Intercooler for past 8 months no issues. Its exactly same quality as CVF which is also made in China. I actually prefer Mishimoto one because it has thick Rubber Gasket that runs all around Intercooler which seals opening that you have with CVF one after removing...
It will be closer to 43" in the back. I have 2019 and after installing Icon on Option 1 my back is at 43" i also have Eibach's in the front. It will be definitely to high in the back without doing nothing to the front even on option 1. Unless you will have constant weight in the back. First pic...
First one i am hearing this. Had my Eibachs installed on my 2019 in May or so and nothing like this happend. I had it installed at the Ford Dealership.
Done it same way on my Expedition for 10 years before ... frame did not have rust. You can get thru openings in the frame perfectly fine with just a Spraycan and attachment. Yes you can tell after 3 winters in Chicago if you doing good job protecting it or not. They put so much harsh chemicals...
You can buy attachment that you put on regular Fluid Film can. Its around 16" long and it sprays 360°. Been using regular cans for past 5 years on my previous trucks. One before my Roush Raptor it was 2017 Roush Supercharged F150 and I had it thru 3 Chicago winters parked outside. Not a spackle...
Because for 2019-2020 there are two kinds of tailgates. Non-appligue one has F150 stamped just like regular F150 and Appligue wont fit on it because it has different shape lines.
Been using Fluid Film for years. Just buy yourself 5-6 cans (no need for fancy sprayers etc.) Lay under the truck (dirty job but well worth it) and go to town. Only thing is to try to avoid any rubber hoses. If you spray on it it wont fall off but jsu try to avoid it. I spray Fluid Film before...
Do not use Linex bed sprayliner for undercoating ever. Suspension works and undercoat will develop small cracks after while which will trap all the salt, grime and water eating your Suspension components underneath the linex. Couple cans of Fluid Film and you good to go.
Anyway this would fit on Roush Raptor with Roush Chase Rack? Chase rack is installed with brakets going inside the bed so so far I did not find any bed cover that will work with it.
I am in Illinois also and went with Icons. To prevent Rust I spray whole bottom of the truck with Fluid Film before every winter including Leaf Springs ... it does the job ... no rust yet. Dirty job but well worth it. Also went with RPG stock lenght rear Shackles.
You will be doing a lot of plastic trimming and metal cutting/bending up front to fit 37's on -12 offset 20" wheels with just a extra 1.7" lift from Eibachs up front.
Rack in the back and lights are part of Roush Package. As far as I know this rack is only available if your truck is done by Roush Performance they dont sell it as stand alone part.
This weight should put you back to stock height in the back. The other day I had aprox. 480lbs in the back between ATV and ramps and didnt noticed much drop on Option 1. I would say it went down maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Back was still higher then front since after Icons Option 1 installed it went...
If you want to keep catch can just go with JLT one. They only offer it on passanger side because there is no need for one on driver side. You wont have any problems with JLT. I had it on my 2017 Roush Supercharged and now I have one on 2019 Roush Raptor ... no issues.
With the 435WHP he posted thats what I assumed. They posted the numbers of upgraded turbos build and never changed them still stating VelociRaptor 600.
Like I stated my 2017 Roush Supercharged when I first got it, it had Stage 1 600HP and on the Dyno it did 480WHP with same bulky tires that you have (actually more aggressive Mickey Thompsons) ... with your Dyno Sheet showing 435WHP this is not 600HP crank truck ... they can make up all the...
Someone stated that they did put bigger turbos before ... thats why maybe they had numbers of 600HP and 620lbs of torque ... but with 435WHP thats nowhere close to 600HP crank
