Those thingys in your picture are rivets. They look just like the rivets on every other 13th gen F150 I've seen.

All 13th Gen F150s have them and I haven't seen any complaints about them leaking on any of the F150 forums and there's no shortage of complaints on the forums.

The rivet holds the rubber in place so I doubt it's a penetration point.
