Got it, Do both the images above have the same size tire?
I had a Gen2 with 0mm offset methods and 37x12.5x17 BFG KO2 in load range D and rear seemed to stick out too far for my taste. It looked kind of like the landscapers truck and it drove me craze as I regretted getting the 0mm offset...
There is no way those are different offsets as they look identical, The bottom one definitely does not stick out an inch further as the fender sits exactly at the same spot on the tread block of the tires.
Is it me, or does the rear end appear to be sitting extremely high? I wonder if Ford made the rear springs beefier? Now a bigger lift will be necessary and that isn’t good as they already cleared 37s and added preload sucks and fender gap is ugly.
I ordered a 21, got canceled and rolled to a 22, then it got canceled and rolled to a 23. I got a vin about a month stating it would go into build status on 12/12/2022, literally 21 months after my initial order.
I wonder how much more they’ll jerk me off.
I’d love to ride in a truck with these installed. I put a set of top hats on my Gen3 as they were supposed to be softer than these for ride quality on road. It rode like shit and the front shocks slammed down anytime you maxed out down travel. I yanked off the eibachs within a week and went with...
Nice looking rig. I dont presume you ever rubbed with those 37s at stock height and those 0mm offset wheels? I am getting Icon +6mm so I should have about 1/4" less offset than you, but not sure if that would make a difference or not if you had any rubbing issues.
That’s what I thought, so then those pics I saw were with 37s and NO lift. Good to know as I don’t plan on lifting my truck as all the lifts seem to lift the front too high if not lifting the rear.
Thanks for the reply.
Has anyone put on 37” bump stop assembly’s on a 35” truck to limit up travel? They are only $50 a piece at my local parts dealer and figured I may get them.
Either that or just get the Level Up bump stop spacer kit.
I’m with you as well on a base model with a few options. I hope to come in a smidge under $90k as my dealer is charging me msrp and shoving a ******** $1000 doc fee up my ass.
There’s an ass for every seat I guess. All these people paying over list will really be getting it shoved up their rear once that truck loses $10k plus their ADM the 1st year. The slowing economy will make these trucks much lower priced here very soon. As a matter of fact, here in Las Vegas...
Yeah a new base model Raptor is about $78K after all the bs delivery and doc fees and such. I was $80K flat out the door and I got a few miscellaneous options.
