Anyone have any feedback on how they are holding up? I like them but i am always leery of aftermarket lights, some i have seen don t last long without issues.
Its good to hear positive things about the eco boost vs The this is broken, that is broken posts. It makes me feel better about the day I make the jump up to a newer raptor which will happen someday.
Nice truck, good luck w it. low mileage is a plus , I found mine w 45k on it and i thought that was low. I have to agree, when i was shopping trucks the supercharger does transform the truck compared to stock ones i drove.
My previous 2 vehicles were gm 5.3 s with the "bad" lifters , never had and issue. But you had check the oil level regularly they both used oil like crazy. It was nice to ck oil on my current engine that is due for oil change and it has not lost anything. ford for the win on that.
Agreed, I wish I could tell you it was better than the roush tune , but it was done by PO before I bought it. It was only a suggestion if you were having issues with the current tune.
I have seen something like that before. some of the buy here pay here dealers install them to find cars when people get behind on payments. A few I have found when car came in for a no start and there was also a relay wired in to cut start signal from key switch.
I see those ships in the summer when i m on the water coming up the bay to Quonsett point, they are Big ships. If it does sink that would be a mess. looks like everybody on board got off safe thankfully.
Am I reading this right? If the vehicle has a failed bulb and you ignore it and or do not fix it, it can cause BCM failure where it would need replacement?
This post caught my eye. a friend just bought a 20 had me do a few things to it today. He was leaving and asked if a bulb was out on the shift indicator....
I did complete under side wash on a lift, getting all the sand/mud off and out of crevices. when I flushed out inside frame there were more than a few leaves in there , not sure how that happens?
I just hope that the last thing to do for a little while, I have been changing things on this truck every week since i got it to get it where I want it. bumpers, painting, exhaust, springs rustproofing for winter, etc.
I really did not find it on my own. The repair kit was in the center console when I bought it so I figured I would investigate and found that. It was not bad actually just pulled the cut wire out of the fuse box so I would have more room to solder and shrink wrap. otherwise not to bad.
