Main stud kit has landed, these will be installed and main bores honed back to spec. Then clearances will be set with coated bearings.

It was originally whippled. I’ll be going with stock crank, Forged pistons, I-beam rods unless I get get a set of H made within a few weeks.

Not saying it’s good or bad. I don’t follow the build, I’m saying I can create the same results for MUCH less than 150k. That number is either a lie or someone got screwed.

You’re missing my point, the deck isn’t solely for compression numbers, the factory doesn’t machine any blocks to a performance spec, therefor the decks needs trued up in relation to the main bore center lines. It’s the same concept for the cylinder walls. The cylinder walls and deck surfaces...

150k.. top fuel engines don’t cost that much. It had H beams and the deck isn’t even surfaced. Looks like a decent build but I’m not seeing much extra.

11:1, custom cam, and some cylinder head development would make that happen. Among other details along the way.

    6.2L Engine developement

Eric is correct about a stroker crank being unnecessary, stock crank will handle at least 800+ horsepower as the factory cranks are getting very strong. Forged piston/ rod combo will be a must if you want a significant power increase and keep it reliable. I'd also recommend going with a valve...

Broken valve spring and dropped valve 2013 6.2L

Sounds like best case the cylinder head needs reconditioned. Piston is probably fine, only worry there would be a crushed ring land from the valve hitting.

    6.2L Engine developement

Yea I can help you with whatever the engine would need. I'm guessing they haven't actually been inside the engine, hard to diagnose that with a borescope. Also, where are you located?

Broken valve spring and dropped valve 2013 6.2L

Can't tell much from pictures, however dropped valves usually causes much more damage than that.
