The problem is, I never pay MSRP for a run of the mill vehicle. Not many people do. The amount of money built into these cars these days aren't anything big. On a $60,000 fully loaded truck the Ford dealer might be making $6,000-$7000 with hold backs. That's at MSRP. Sell that at invoice and...
No different than that thousands of people that adjusted Gen 1 suspension. Its all the same in there except for bigger shocks

They will give some sucker "the deal of the century" and sell it for $20,000 over. I'm sure the GM of the dealer will have to "sign off" on the deal and he "has never done this before" but he really likes this customer and wants to "take care of him".

Lets all meet up and fight to prove how tough we aren't. I bet most of us will be naked cuddling together before the sun came up

I'll bet you have some sort of aftermarket wheel on your truck within 18 months. This isn't my first rodeo. Just trying to help other people not make your mistake

I'll take these any day and twice on Sunday over the Ford stuff. Forged beadlocks can be had for around the same price and they don't have the lame offset of the factory wheels.

How does one properly take care of the coating to get it to last 10 years? Not that I have ever had a car for 10 years but maybe I will keep this one

Ford charges too much for their BS beadlocks. I wouldn't run beadlocks on a street truck but if i did there are plenty of options that are better and less expensive. Not only that but the stock wheel offset makes the tires sit too far in for me

Your dealer is the best place to get the info from. They should have a list of people they use that they know and trust

The companies that bring the trucks to the dealers are the same ones that would ship it to you. There's nothing wrong with them and they do it all the time. I'm having mine shipped. Well worth it to not have to fly and drive home. Cheaper too

When you get the vehicle to CA you need to get a smog check and VIN identification at a DMV office. Everything is sent to DMV and they run the VIN to ensure it's able to be registered in the state. I've never tried to register a non CA emissions or 50 state vehicle but I'm assuming if the VIN...
