I’ve got an 18 Black Raptor, 16,8XX miles. Fully loaded from factory.
Icon Alloy Bronze wheels
RPG adjustable collars
Borla S type exhaust
Roush CAI
Baja designs fog lights
Ultra flex bed cover
It’s also ceramic coated
Asking $64k
I think they should have been priced originally at $75k-$80k, not $95k-$100k.
Dealers around me were still in the upper $80s/low $90s. Called on a couple in the DFW area that were low $80s/high $70s and all were either sold or someone had put a deposit down to hold, so I think Jeep just started...
Here's a one I snapped at the dealership.
Initial thoughts other than it's super fast:
The supercharger whine is addicting
Love having that V8 sound again
Transmission is super smooth when i'm just driving around town
The infotainment system is very clean, so much clearer than the Sync 3...
Didn't want to trade the Raptor in. Were only wanting to give me $55k for my 18 Raptor, so i'll sell it myself. (Hoping the wife will cave and i'll keep both :D)
I've found that the 18s are going for anywhere between $78k - $84k depending on the dealer, no difference in an 18 and 19. I've looked at GLE 63 AMG and the X5M, but then you start creeping up to around $110k - $115k, which is way out of my price range.
I've got an 18 Raptor I've had for a little over a year, but debating on whether or not to sell it and get the Jeep Trackhawk. No dislikes with the truck at all, but I test drove one of the Trackhawks a few weeks ago and can't stop thinking about it!
Thoughts?
I've got their S-Type exhaust and I think it sounds as good as a V6 is going to sound. If you want a little more rumble than what stock offers, go with the S-Type. Plus cold start sounds pretty good for a V6! Here's my comparison from stock to S-Type
