Yep I have seen that. Basically they will sell below invoice but add those stuffs on to offset it . I have seen them add on after market wheels as add on and slap you $1k for it . Or add on bed liner , or bed cover and charge a very premium price for it

I got what you mean now.. Base on your drawing, I think if that underground parking garage is at leat 80'' height, you should be able to clear it when the truck angle up on the ramp. I parked in an odd parking garage similar like the one you draw but it was at 7' clearance and got no issue...
