From what I hear, Raptor and Platinum are the only trucks using the LED version and yes the led module does separate from the Lense (it was bad from the water)
I don't think so Gordo. My dealer has been great and very supportive. I just purchased a new 2024 Edge SVT last week from them and continue to rely on them for warranty issues. Pretty sure it Ford doing the gouge ...re the vid from fordmakeuloco. My service manager offered to waive the labor...
It took on a real funny glow at first then it would randomly do blinking and flashing. Finally, nothing. It had water in it. I took her in expecting a warranty replacement but about a week after it was replace, the service manager called with bad news that Ford could not warrant it as it had...
Two years ago, I brough home a bull elk after using my F150 to break the dumb shit's back at 60mph. Rainy, dark night. The oncoming fool did not dim his brights. When the fool was about three car lengths coming at me, I saw a dark flash and pow! Fractions of a second. My front end looked very...
I have glair free (adaptive headlights) enabled on my '21 and love it. I never have to worry about dimming lights for oncoming. My drive home is rural roads and one can quite clearly see the shutter move in and out of the beam. That dark spot follows the oncoming vehicle. I have noticed a few...
will give that a shot! ty.
...oh, did I mention it does it at random times during a song. The audio fade lasts about 5-10 seconds and can happen at any point during play of any song.
My Raptor randomly reduces the volume while listening to Spotify via Android audio. Any one else experience this or know why it does it? I do have speed compensated volume activated but this event happens when the speed is constant. This does not happen when I play Spotify on my phone and cast...
I have a 10 mile rural drive to town and most times it's normal mode. Once in town it's loud and proud. Sport and Baja exhaust. I just love the bark. On the way back home it's back to normal for a relaxing drive with cruse and lane keeping. Once I hit the gravel lane to my home it's 4H and punch it.
I recomened finding a cared for '21. Ford nerfed every year since in the name of "supply shortages". Am betting a person could find one with under 15k miles pretty easy.
Sunsets this time of year are ....well, "oh wow!" class. Asked the wife if she wanted to go see the sunset from the top. Yes was the answer so we went and found one.
In this next shot. About 50 feet off the pilar is a 2000' cliff. ...makes your ******** hide when you get close to the edge!
That seems pretty steep for a flair. I just replaced my grill that a turkey made an imprint on. Had to purchase the entire thing. Clearance lights and all. Even though it's in three sections. My cost on it was $1100 and there is hella lot more to that grill than a flair. I would check around for...
While replacing my grill that was damaged....no idea how or when. I had to remove the upper rubber air dam covering the top of the radiators. I found that the top of my AC condenser had been slightly crushed. This would have had to be done by one of the service folks that have worked on my...
Worked pretty well, only issue I had was removing the orange facia under the grill. Each end going into the fender clip. Those do not want to let go and it tore teh driver side clip pocket. Part is still functional but.... Maybe spraying warm soapy water in the clips (accessable under the...
On summer days, if I leave the sunroof open, seems the cab temp is higher than keeping it closed unless there is a good breeze blowing. I can also really feel the sun heat back way off when I close the sunroof (glass only, no shade) so factory "ting" is doing a pretty darn good job.
I feel Ford has nerfed the hell out of the current Gen3's in the name of "shortages" ...*********! As such, I would not strait trade my '21 for a 22,23 or 24.
I also worked and managed an automotive machine shop for many years. I agree with ORG. Don't think a better filter extends oil life, oil thins with use as the long chain molecules bread down and it looses it's ability to lubricate, hence quality oil and more frequent changes. What a better...
The other day I was washing my girl and noticed a fist size hole in my grill. WTF? I sure don't remember hitting anything. Not even a bird or rock. Fine! Off to my dealer and order another. Dealer:"Nope, can't order the top grill. Have to get the entire front facia".....to the tune of $1100...
