I agree, It is definitely a structural area so I wouldn’t take a chance. I mig welded the filler piece I made. You should be able to find someone to do that for you very responsible.

Thanks for the compliments. I think to get the most clearance you need to do something like this. Also depends on if your upgrading to wider suspension or have super aggressive wheel offset. If not the wider fenders doesn't really help with the real problem of clearance in the firewall/A Pillar...
