In 2014, Ford Performance was created to unify SVT, Team RS, and Ford Racing. After the merger, Ford Performance absorbed all three subsidiaries and now all performance products are branded under the "Ford Performance" badge.
The turbo compressor inlet was switched to a ported shroud design that eliminated some of the turbo whoosh noise and improved the pre-turbo swirl ratio.
Typically, gear selected during a dyno pull should be the one that is closet to a 1:1 drive ratio. In the 2nd Gen Raptor, that's 7th gear. However, doing a pull in 7th will cause issues with the speed limiter and the powerband. Try doing a pull in 6th and see what effect it will have on the have...
Pretty easy to check. The eCBV valve is located on the LHS of the charge air cooler. The hard plastic hose that connects to it routes around the cold charge duct and connects to the low pressure LHS turbo duct. The eCBV hose has a twist lock connection on either side.

Great work and I appreciate the detailed write-up! I'll definitely use the same process you used to remove the swirl marks on the B-pillar glossy surfaces.
I use Adam's Mega Foam (bought from Amazon). It works great and it's PH-neutral so it doesn't strip waxes or ceramic coatings. It does come in a concentrated form so it's best to experiment with water to soap ratios to see what combination gives you the best suds.
I have an 802A and this is exactly what what my center console looks like (I'm at work so I don't have a picture readily available so I took this off of the Ford.com vehicle configurator):
