I find this thread ridiculous. There is absolutely no difference between a Raptor built pre-COVID and one built during COVID. If there is an issue or suspect there being an issue, take it to the dealer. That's why all trucks come with warranty.
I will make an updated torque spec list based off the Gen 1 list. That list is pretty comprehensive but, are there any fasteners missing from that list that you guys would like to add?
1) Did you also check the BCM fuse? (fuse 35; 5 amps)
2) Are all the ON indicators inoperative?
3) Do you have a moonroof? You may have to get your hands dirty and check the ground and voltages at the connector. The upfitter switch indicators have a unique ground circuit that we can test resistance.
There are two sets of wires, one set is just pass-through from the engine compartment to the interior and another is the hot set of wires. The supplement is wrong when it differentiates between the hot and pass-through. Reference this post for the correct set of wires to hook up to (in your...
The labels are primarily used for the In Line Vehicle Sequencing (or ILVS) system at the plant. All parts are scanned using QR codes, ensuring the correct parts are installed on the correct truck/trim/color/engine/wheelbase, etc. Additionally, most of the parts used on vehicles have labels that...

I've been running them for 4 months. As 4X4TruckLEDS mentioned above, these lights are really bright so yes, I do think SAE driving and spots are overkill. The fog and driving combo you mentioned is probably ideal.
I have the Diode Dynamics Pro's and they are fantastic. I have it set up with 3 pairs: the innermost lights are spots, the middle lights are SAE driving, and the outermost are SAE fogs. They color match the stock lights of the truck almost perfectly and I have had no issues with them so far.
