Some states require u to run cats.
A heat shield could be easily fabbed. I looked into it a bit but I don't really think it's necessary for me either but I guess in the hotter areas or during heavy towing it could be an issue

Good point. Different vehicle but my jeep had a similar issue and that's what it was but the filter setup was different, so u can probably scratch that idea

Some states we need both plates others just the rear. I'm in NY and we need both but I have only ran the rear plate since I bought it and haven't had an issue.

With my fuel wheels that were -5 I had rubbing only at bottom perch. Mid perch I had no issues with light off-roading. On mid perch and my methods at 0 offset I have no issues with hard off-roading. I think u will be ok but it also depends on what the actual size of the tire is, like bfg run...
my mag antenna held up great except for when i hit some bigger tree branches. it even stood up to small branches, i could hear it getting whacked every so often
