After about a mile of driving I occasionally get (about 25% of the time) a bunch of warnings on my center console saying the Front Camera is disabled, Adaptive Cruise and Collision avoidance is offline or something to that extent. I had the camera TSBs done about 4 or 5 months ago. Has anyone...
I must have missed the video where he said he didn't want to re-program for the larger tires due to the odometer. That's slimy. I would think a re-program could have actually helped the computer and perhaps solved his "issues" that he said were caused by the electronic steering.
Selling his Raptor and still complaining about Ford Warranty. Dude literally has videos of him take a sledge hammer to the body to get the 37s to fit... Maybe it wasn't designed for 37s and they don't want to pay for your mistakes!
How many of you are doing tunes while still under warranty? I had a 2012 F-150 Ecoboost and a tune was the best thing I ever did to it, but I waited till the warranty expired.
They don't have an options for 2019 or 2020 Raptors. Wonder if that's just an oversight on updating their criteria, or if there is a problem with them operating with Live Valve.
That's exactly what he is doing. He says it only happens (or is worse) when he's going into whoops and bumps and is breaking at high speed. You nailed it.
Just realized I posted this in the exterior forum for some odd reason. Meant to be in the General Forum if someone can move it!
Anyways just reading comments on his videos and he admits this happened on his 2017 only AFTER installing 37s!
I believe in one of the videos he did say he's returning to stock for warranty. So that's not going to be a good look.
I just wonder if he ever had the repairs and tested the shake still bone stock.
Damn never thought about the lane assist being the core of the problem. He's never mentioned it in the other videos.
The wheel seems to come loose when he gets what he calls the "death shake".
I had a bad feeling this may end up being the result for him, but also concerned what it means for the rest of us. His complaints were never about suspension, it was always steering. He now is getting a lawyer, but I think he is missing another lemon law opportunity. He has to go get his...
May have found one of the rattles. It seems to be the top of the clam shell directly behind the steering wheel. The upper shroud I think is the real name of it. If I have the wheel in too low of a position it rattles on bumps, raise it slightly and it goes away...
Yeah this is the exact same. It could possibly be the door, but it's in that "zone". I don't want to start taking off panels b/c then I really will make something creek and rattle.
Yeah mine literally sounds like it's in that vent to the left of the steering wheel. I also have a rattle when off roading in the center speaker. But this isn't that.
Over the past month I've noticed a rattling noise when going over slight vibrations or accelerating for about the first 2 miles and then it goes away. Seems to be in the area behind the driver side vent (closest to the door) or in the door itself where it meets the dash when closed. Any...
I haven’t had the door panels off and no recall work done. I need to schedule to camera repair soon so will probably complain to Ford at that time about the noises!
You talking about the moonroof slide? My noise seems to be coming from right above the visor. If I push up slightly on the visor...
