Hey SDHQ posted something that they are ready to ship Tundra ones but are still working on Gen2 Raptors. but what worries me is that they are not one piece and have to be put together; would rather have a solid piece welded together and not bolts. But keep us posted that one looks very nice
I did not have a leak but when I wen tin for a oil change and asked for the tech guy to check for a leak he said the pans are difficult to work with and they have talked about it thru Ford. As for al you guys that think the raptors are everywhere. My ford place so far has only 3 regular raptors...
bummer. I kinda thought this was gonna happen hey if we get a few of us together and do a group purchase (maybe 5 of us?) they will go for it? I'm sure they have the measures etc. Shipping would be ruff for us on east coast but we can try11. Any SDHQ people on here???

I also have these crazy shifts but thought it was just the type of programming Ford did to save gasoline etc MPG. the bumper to bumper traffic is horrible; seems the truck is always in a higher gear. I have not done my recall yet will ask about it when I take it in next week
hope you are right; yes dodge thing is definitely a sales marketing. I just hope Raj replacement is as enthusiastic for performance and our small niche products like the GT350R and Raptor
I really want one for my trips but need one that I can take in and out (yes I know it would be lots of work) but I work in a not so nice neighborhood and don't want to worry about theft etc even thought its got locks etc
SDHQ makes some; have not had time to reach out to them for GEN2 also not sure of price

I have not had the time to do my hood insert and wiper cowl thing; not fading as of yet on mine as for the venting the side vents do work. here its winter and door and fenders are cold while the vents are warm for engine venting
thats not true if Raptor was making so much for ford there would not have skipped a year between Gen 1 and Gen2 simply extend the product; these are very niche models. The accountants are probably eyeing the cuts as we type
the 2 of you are funny we all agree the Gen 2 is better then Gen 1 but I will tell you I have had first hand experience with the "Oh Shit turbo lag" when trying to jump out of a lane and pass from a stand still when not in "SPORT" mode. I have driven a 350R for a little and the first gear pull...
I guess most have heard about his leaving Ford; is this a bad thing for the raptor? I know he was a really instrumental in getting the GT350R built and had a lot of say into getting Gen 2 high tech. Hope its not a bad thing for the raptor
great vid how is the water temp? did you need a wet suit? also as for the Vac lines. is there a trail fix? what did you do while on the trip. Great info for us to carry these parts for repair etc. the IWF have been a problem or weak link for ford for very long time. hey what about maps...
what model number is it? when I was at a store we put several models into bed and the lip was over the bed rail because of the wheel well, Also can you post pic of how the slider window is with the top of box? thanks have not purchased one yet was gonna just go with the weather guard tool...
I like the wheel but man thats a big chance gambling with the air bag stuff; would not want to risk anyone touching the steering wheel/air bag combo. Family fining out the air bag did not deploy after your dead???? Anyone have any info on the trim pieces Shelby is using on the factory steering...
Hello anyone have the part number for the center hood scoop and the 2 trim pieces under the wiper blades? tried looking online but can't find the scoop number. thanks
I'm a daily commute also; at times it sucks mostly in 30 to 40 mph range truck goes into 10 gear and then speed up or slow down is ruff! in bumper to bumper its comfy; like a lazy boy recliner LOL MPG for traffic is good; getting around 17mpg I had a built up LX470 and I was lucky to get 10...
had a similar problem but was not replicated and is not related to the cam shaft sensor; but I believe all my issues are related to the auto start stop. I posted in another section that I was at a red light and then hit gas hard to go and immediately got the low oil pressure warning bells and...
Check engine code
Cam shaft code on dash; tech at dealership thinks it’s a sensor (I hope) had to work a double shift so I left at dealership. Hope it will be fixed tomorrow
