You really should try our brake kit that has been on the forum here for 10 years. I replaced mine at 28k because I was headed to Baja and to be honest, I had plenty of rotor thickness and pad life but wanted to change them anyways. I had no real issue with braking but wanted an improvement. I...
For what's it is worth, regardless of the so-called scam, if I order a new GEN3, I will get it with the 37 package. Is it overpriced, probably but so is a 35 raptor too. Everything is overpriced after Covid if you have been paying attention.
If you would like to know more, please message me. I am not one to message someone if they didn't want to be messaged in the first place. I value one's privacy and not in sales to bug people with unnecessary messages. Reach out and we can go over some options, whenever you are ready.
My GEN2 has 38k miles on it but to be honest, I was never really that impressed with the Live Shocks when running off-road. I first changed them out to the FRS 3.0's and it was better but not like I was expecting. Then I shipped my FRS to e-clik and had them revalved (the FRS have a different...
GEN1 isn't too bad unless you are short. I didn't either on my GEN1. The GEN2 and GEN3 is near impossible to reach even for someone 6'4" and that's the main focus for why this product was developed.
It has been known that these turbo raptors can consume oil. And even more so if you drive it hard and off-road as stated in Ford’s own owner's manual. I am 5’ 11” and could never reach the oil dipstick without something to stand on. It’s even worse when you install Eibach springs or FRS 3.0 like...

Hey folks, I will be out of town starting tomorrow (2/14/24) and will be returning in 2 weeks on (2/27/24).
Headed to Baja with EXO and sponsoring/participating in the Lands End to Mainland run

I will be unavailable most of the time but...
I did it on my GEN1 but went to a Line-X shop and had them do it. If you remove them and just bring them to the shop it will cost less. I had them use their premium product that does not fade otherwise some of the DIY stuff will look like crap in a few years.
Forgot to take pictures, too busy doing stuff but getting it ready for Baja next month. 2020, Have less than 32k miles on it.

Changed Spark plug, Ford Performance ones, gapped .028, no tune

Those are for aftermarket wheels that require thin walled lugnuts. You need the Gorilla ones that are the stock replacements in black chrome that do not have those crappy oem caps.
The part you need is: 61148FSBC (need 24)
They get a discounted rate and resell it to you, usually somewhat less than going direct. I tried a broker for the first time and he was higher than any other quote I got myself. He used Travelers for the majority of the coverage but had to use Progressive for my commercial policy on the raptor...
Interesting to see others are seeing ridiculous price increases for insurance. So it does seem to be wide spread.
We have been with Allstate since 1980, yep over 40 years. In the last two years our insurance went up nearly 73% on my GT500 and about 58% on my wife Lincoln. My raptor went up too...

We sell Fox shocks and have FRS Live ones on the shop raptor. You would be surprised how many brand-new shocks have the set screw behind the hoses that you cannot get to once installed. It was the same issue with the GEN1 3.0 shocks and even seen them all the way in the back. I always tell...
Okay that is what I thought you were talking about. Mine has the SDI module on top of it so ain't going to be tapping it. But don't think that is really where the issue is anyways as that is just the lid and it's far enough away that it is not touching any relay. I have looked at everything in...
