I just realized it was a Ranger Raptor that has the steel wheel for a spare. The F150 Raptors are still the same wheel as on the truck. Sorry for the confusion. I would definitely report the issue right away! Good luck!
Check your window sticker. I thought I saw one the other day listing a steel wheel spare. All four of my previous and current Raptor have an identical wheel/tire combo, but they stopped installing a tpms on the spare sometime after 2014.
A new 37 will cost around 15K more, without an ADM. I prefer new, but there are some babied Raptors out there. With some research he may find this to be one of them.
The lights look like they are good quality lights and installations. The mileage seems a bit high, but they could be mostly highway miles. I'd want to know what the remote is for, and verify the quality of the wiring of any accessories. I'd definitely consider it, but I'd also work on the price...

If I understand correctly, the white comes on in reverse, but not when you flip aux.3. I would double check that you used the correct wire for #3 by flipping the other switches. If it doesn't work, still confirm you have the correct wire, but also check your connection(s).
Congrats! Nice looking truck! From the picture, you may want to consider running a little lower air pressure for better ride, traction, and to avoid wearing out the center of the tread on your tires.
