Is it possible that there is some support frame damage behind your bumper? Are your tow hooks the exact same measurements from those lights? EX: measure form the drivers side tow hook to the outside edge of the bumper, same on the passenger side, that will give you an idea if you need to adjust...

If I had to guess, those tires are roached and cracked a lot, I zoomed in and could see the cracking, they would be great for offroading though, not for reliable street use, just my opinion. Still a very good price for old KO's.
