my experience exactly...I just installed it this weekend and my son and I were shocked at how quiet it was....sounds barely louder than stock, so I was very disappointed about that.

Shelby! That's a perfect compliment to the raptor...at least that's what I am doing. Although as someone else said, the 5.0 is tough to beat when it comes to bang for the buck! Plus you wouldn't feel quite so bad about putting some serious miles on a regular mustang gt.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I am hoping that because so many F150s have backup sensors, even in Model year 12, that the harness is not unique to the raptor and I can tap or even plug the sensors into existing wires. Yes, I am thinking I can buy a 2013 bumper with sensors already installed...
