Got the crazy misfire about 8000 miles ago. Changed the plugs to the colder Ford performance ones and all was good. Well, today it happened again. Feels like the damn motor is come flying out. You guys with a tune going through them this fast?

Mine does the same, but it's the exhaust pipe hitting one of the cross members under the cab. I have AWE exhaust though.

The fact a F150 plastic grill is 1000$ makes me want the asteroid to get here even faster.

Interesting that's the book I have for my raptor. The oil type is gone from my oil cap. Oddly. Like it worn off.

Interesting the 2017 manual shows different capacity and weight.

6 L and 5W30 for the 2.7 and 6.3L and 5W20 for the 3.5? I've always thought it was 5w30 and 6 quarts for the 3.5

Just to note ...the manual says 5w30 for the 2.7 L. And 5w20 for the 3.5L

Reviving this thread. I have that rack with the tire carrier. How is it that it ruins the bed frame offroading?

I may have a buddy who knows a guy who could look all over it. Despite working in this manner for years, I prob need it checked over. As far as the running boards, I removed them but left the wire as it was tied into the AMP lights. It's actually a connector that runs to the OBD port.

Also found this. 40amp fuse for what I think it running board lights.

I don't know shit about electrical. It was all done before I bought that truck. I wouldn't even know how to check it with all this wiring. Truck has a air comp, chase rack, lights, retractable side boards, winch, amp, stereo, ****** radar detector.....just shit all over.

It was all done when I bought the truck. Is all 6 switch connections in that panel next to the fuse box under the hood?
