Took the entire front end apart. Replacing all the heim joints / rod ends on the tie rods and uppers. Having the uppers and tie rods re-powder coated. New ball joints for the lowers. Putting in a new steering rack and adding the power steering cooler / reservoir. Wish I was doing more upgrading...

Haven't had a chance to install yet. Been a crazy month. Did receive the unit and it is rebuilt OEM Ford. Will update again when I install in the next couple weeks.

Ended up ordering CL3Z3504A from buyautoparts. Comes with a 3 year unlimited mile warranty, figured I'd give it a try. Still never found a difference in the parts. Will update when I receive the rack.

Price was a rough estimate of shocks and materials for building a bypass rack myself and its actually more about ~3500 depending on how much tube I have left over from another project. But yes, if buying an SVC, RPG, or others price would be ~$5000

Interesting, I have deaver +3s right now. I thought it would be better for me to move to 3.0s first then go up to 3.5s with a bypass rack down the road, but now I'm not too sure as the Raptor 3.0s are $2300 and 3.5s with a bypass rack will be ~$3000.

Yeah. If I moved up to 3.5/4.0s I'd go with higher travel and through the bed, although they are available in shorter travel lengths.
