The orientation of the "Raptor" lettering punched into the board makes it 100% obvious which way it should be IMO.
It reads the same both ways- but I feel like the Raptor logo would be up front, not mid-ships.
My advice is to buy some tools instead of paying someone to use theirs! Everything you want done is just a matter of turning nuts and bolts. Lefty loosey righty tighty.
You might need a spring compressor to put the Eibachs on, as I assume they are longer- but that's the only possible...
If you have to question wheter or not it's a CV grease leak- it's not.
A boot with grease leaking out of it will make itself extremely evident when it occurs.
So when are you going to swap the pulleys around?
That shiny new blower has an easy 100HP and 150 TQ left in it if you'd just spin it a little bit faster.
You guys are not following the narrative. The Gen 1 is an sub 11 MPG gas hog. Lucky to get double digits actually!
Mine averages 13.5 just like my last 4WD truck.
The only typical issue I've seen on my truck is the rack is leaking a bit on one side. Not so bad that it needs...
All Fords require you to hit lock on the fob prior to remote starting.
I think it's a safety/theft thing to have it locked while running obviously, but it's also much less likely to have an accidental remote start if two separate buttons have to be pushed in a certain order and in a certain...
www.car-part.com <= Nationwide J/Y search engine
Search for a 6.2L F250 engine and it goes from about $2500 for a high mileage engine (ie I'm going to slap in the cheapest running engine and sell the truck) to $5800 for a brand new 2016 engine with a 3 year warranty. There are dozens of new...
Bedrugs are nice and all, but they are no comparison for the mat if you are really using the bed.
I had three extra sheets of Durock in the back for the last 4 months. Those sheets are always really damp when you buy them, and sure enough when I pulled them out there was mold on the rubber mat...
So you lock the pump on and and walk away?
I've seen them not click off like they should 3 different times. Once while I was pumping it, and twice I've seen it happen to others.
Gas pouring down the side of the car, and a huge puddle under the car real quick like.
I like it. That stock sticker is way too busy- looks like the graphics you'd see on a jet-ski or something. I'm the type that always takes the 4x4 math problem off the side of my trucks though.
A jack is for lifting, why the "gotta have the gold pated option" philosophy? Is anyone putting their life on the line that way? As long as it gets it on the jackstands w/o issue and functions nicely- who cares?
I'd think better jack stands would be where the wise money would be spent, not...
Barf. That crap may stop rust just fine- but it smells like a sheeps ass hole. No way I'm putting that on anything other than a $5K rust bucket that sits outside 24/7.
