Only say so because after all the work you would have to do to achieve your weight reduction you could have just gone Gen 2 and been there already.

+1 to both. I get better MPG with premium, and especially ethanol free premium.
Sitting at 10.5/11 city on 91 zero ethanol. A little less on 93 with 10% ethanol.
Mine is a reverse situation. I was interested since Gen 1 came out; finally got a 2014 in 2019.
Before that, and since I always hunt down Raptor owners and try to talk about Raptors.
Unfortunately in Central IL most are Gen 2, and the drivers seem to see them as glorified Escalades or...

Big ups on this too. I’m unsure where my problem is originating yet, but I’ve heard this as many times as the sunroof drain.
For those that have done both/either, what did you use to seal the third brake light?
What if you upgrade to GJ/etc…same or does the GJ come with a solidly made gasket?
Haven’t attempted yet, as I have to replace my rusted corners unfortunately and have been waiting to cut them out to do so.

Have a blown stock front driver shock. Will be sending the gen 2’s I’m holding to Shocks by Hammer for the treatment here shortly.
