Passenger side done. Did have a small 2" section lifting on the side but got it pulled down with some JB weld 2 part urethane which I've been trying to find.
Looks so good I'm going to do my brackets too.
Link broke.
Well you forced me to get a more accurate quote from 2 places and they're way less then I thought. First, the passenger side I'll leave because there's zero lifting and I can just spray the underside for protection myself. Also the 2 running boards don't actually match for texture...
Still trying to think it through so I don't screw anything up. Body shop place I go to said I can use this epoxy primer for prep then do an aerosol line-x spray. Then recommended a 2 part urethane to bond and pull down the lifted area, except their stuff is $70 and can't find it anywhere else...
Thanks.
I'm thinking of going this route with the gorilla glue and 3m. How's yours holding up? Could do this for about $40 which I could afford right now.
The U-pol is pricey in canada and hard to ship chemicals across border.
Found this for $130 but no gun.

Found full kit for $200. No gun still.
Raptor Liner Kit Black | Cattons
So I'm still not seeing anybody else with this problem and I can't get any warranty coverage for repairing this. Cost is quite a bit more then I though for repair. Looks like I could get Line-X to repair the damage section and coat the underside to prevent anymore lifting, but I'm guessing you...
Were you hitting 126mph on the trails with your titan?

I'm a v8 faithful but they really worked on the sound of that thing.
Power folding mirrors are a must, atleast for me. The amount of abuse those get if you don't pull them in. And the price of them are getting outrageous.
I have the bakflip HD and neighbor brought up the point about security and being able to fish hook the release cable. I'm thinking of attaching an L bracket infront of the cable for a little more prevention. What's everyone else's idea?
Planning on pulling my running boards and repairing the powder coating that's lifting. Anybody have recommendations beside stripping and recoating? They're actually in great shape still, and just separating at the bottom edge. I'm thinking epoxy to get it sealed.
Glad I found this thread. I was curious as to what causes this also. It seems like a cold start loop even when it's hot outside. Was pretty rough idle a few times now. As long as it doesn't do any damage.
I have chassis saver which is supposedly the same as por15. I wonder if that would work. The coating is lifted but in good shape. I'm not sure if that would actually pull it in permanently.
I did a search and couldn't find anything on this. It looks like the bottom edge is lifting probably from rock impacts and salt getting underneath. Any recommendations on just trying to seal and secure it down? Was thinking epoxy but don't want it permanent in case I get it re-coated. Maybe like...
Maybe I'm incorrect but isn't the crisp shifts the opposite of what you want in the raptor? Last gen has more longer transitions to give it more control in unsettled ground.
