You need to go a couple of steps further in the link that I attached above. The module is behind the panel with the red x on it. Once you get behind the panel, you will see a black module with the sticker on it. It will be hard to read. I had to take a picture of it with my camera and...

Take the bolt out and then put it back in. It's possible it wasn't seated properly prior to tightening down. Or they crossthreaded it and it feels tight but it's not.

The light only tells you if the remote start or tailgate actions were successful or unsuccessfull. It shouldn't be illuminating for lock/unlock of doors.

Turbo issues have not been prevalent. There is a cam phaser issue in the 18's that you will want to look into and see if it has been fixed. Also, shocks will most likely need to be rebuilt. Loved my '18. You're gonna be happy either way.

They are blowing smoke. I've seen hundreds, if not thousands of registration paperwork with business names on them. It's not shady to limit liability by buying a vehicle through an LLC.
