I view it as a discussion forum for some of the things that you can't find in a manual (wheel offset discussions, engine/audio upgrade thoughts, should I switch my side steps, etc..). I've had many things come up where I did a little searching on my own and was able to fix whatever small issue...
I think you have a good shot at MSRP if they have already quoted 10K ADM over the phone. Show up in person and I bet you get it.

Is this because the plastic clip that secures the wire to the shock keeps breaking and letting the harness sag into a place where it can become damaged? Or are you getting bad solenoids? If it's the clip, I'd think about beefing up that connection to the shock.
Not a lot you can do there if they are going to tow it away. Might want to focus on a device with its own power source that allows for geo fence notifications and gps tracking.
