Ok well he didn't use FORScan for any performance tune so I'm sure the mirror mod & sport mode default wasn't with FORScan either. I have a non-Raptor with functional paddle shifters but it required adding 3 wires to SCCM connector and tapping into harness.
There's no way this was done on a 2015-newer truck with FORScan. Sport mode as default would be something in PCM (if a value for it even exists) which FORScan can't even access. Mirror spotlights at any speed can only be done with hardware mod. I have another piece of software that does way...
Ford locked this down in BCM in the 2015-2017 years. Only way to have them on as DRL is in conjunction with low beam with this value:
726-26-02 x*xx xxxx xxxx DRL Include Park Lamps: 1=enable, 0=disable
