37pp under msrp?
You may have a problem with the 37 PP based on the vendor supply shortage on the one or more parts needed to assemble that package. Right now the 2024 Raptor is not available with the 37 PP, but there are 2023's out there that you can purchase from $2K - $4K back of MSRP, mainly in the midwest...- MultiStateRaptor Guy

Raptor R Leveling
It measure 43" on all fours corners and it sits perfectly straight and even, and with no ride or comfort deletions. -

I used the RPG 1.5 collars + an alignment and I'm happy with my '23 Raptor with the factory 37 P.P. -
2023 Raptor R wheels and tires on a 2023 stock Raptor .
The wheels and tires should be no problem, the shock towers maybe a problem without a 37 Performance Package added to a normal Raptor (GEN 3), as well as the rear end being slightly wider. Are the wheels and tires available to purchase ?- MultiStateRaptor Guy

Livernois Motorsports in Michigan, only dyno shop that can do 85 or 91 octane ECU for a 2023 Raptor, did their intercooler and have a Roush cold air intake, 1.5" collars plus an alignment to have it sit up straight and even.
