This. And yes they have been good to me. When my 23 R didn’t get an allocation- they only got one and mine was the second- I ordered two 24s. One R and one 37 truck. Just trying to help them out.
I know I know. My R will be same green no graphics. I will go check it out when it hits the lot. I hope it was the right gamble. Just wanted something different. I have had Code orange, black, LF grey and avalanche so far. I did this last year on a 23 37pp and it took about 30 min, it was silver.
Thought there would be a little more interest since it is a 802a 37 truck. This is a great dealer, two previous raptor purchases from them. Super low doc fee only $399 also. Truck MSRP is $91,500 or something close that.
Buyer back out truck just landed today. I am passing on my 802a 37 shelter green truck. Dealer called and I have my R allocation finally after a year and a half. This is MSRP deal no add on bs. Truck is no anything. No roof, bedliner or graphics. Would prefer someone in SE if possible. Iam in...
Going to put this here and for sale thread probably. My dealer got my R allocation in finally so Iam passing on my 802a 37 truck. MSRP no add on bs. Shelter green , no bedliner, roof or graphics. DM if interested, It has shipped and will be here this week. In TN. No follow ups on this thread...
I would recommend and do the Xpel clear “ mini kit “ the installer calls it. Just the front, bottom of door opening, door handle cups, door edges and the shiny black plastic between the glass in the doors that scratches so easy. The high wear areas
My place adds on $200 ( been a couple years probably $250 now ) to the bed cost. And a pressure washer gets the dirt off. Get the extra clear coat layer, makes it easier to clean.
They will have to increase incentives when the 2024s hit the lots. They are playing some sort of timing calculus I am guessing. The dealer by me has 51 2023 F-150 on the lot still. I am guessing the will be doing either .9 or 0 for 72 months (it is 1.9 for 72 now) very soon to clear them out...
Someone posted it already but that MPHD is the stuff for springs. Before you install the springs put it between the leaves. Won’t make a sound for couple years anyway. Touch it up again after two years. Flex the spring each way to get inbetween the leaves.
Wait - 6 months is pretty good - In the Raptor world that is not a debacle. I never got my 2021 built it turned into a 2022. Same deal with 2023 R, going to be a 2024. But I do agree the order banks will about be open for 2025 when the bulk of these trucks are hitting lots given the current...
After going through this three times now. Live your life be ready for it to come but treat it like Christmas when it gets there. Hang in there guys. Once you get a VIN you know you have a truck anyway.
That looks good. I have never cared for the two tone look the base wheels always have. It’s like ford is tempting you to upgrade to the beadlocks. There is nothing shining on the truck. Keep it that way.
Sounds like the trucks should be getting on convoys/rail soon.
Another thing to note. If you plan on getting it ceramic coated ( You should be ) or have anyone professionally wash and wax it- do yourself a favor and tell the dealer to not touch it other than pressure wash the winter road grime...
I would seriously consider buying one of these. It would be perfect for brush choked out two tracks I encounter on hunting trips all over the west. About the ideal western hunting truck in my opinion. The issue is downsizing the crap I bring to make it work. 2 150 quart coolers for elk quarters...
