My stock motor blew with 104k on it. Put s tune on it when it got to 5-10k can't remember but was pretty early. O was on the cruise at 75 and bump the brake to disengage and boom that was it. My the counter weight on the crank let go.

When you had the cover off did you jack the front end off the ground and spin the tires to see if you could see any movement in there?

I just think that with the blow by tendencies of the ecoboost motor and the engine oil being used for cooling and lubrication for the turbos. There is a filter on the inlet feed to the turbo and if that thing gets plugged up the you lose a turbo or worse. I could be wrong but that's my thoughts...

I think ecoboost engine are good. IMO. Are there better engines out there, yes. I think the exobooost requires oil changes more often like 3k max if you want them to last.

MSRP was over 98k on all over them.

Not bad considering a Bronco Raptor MSRP is over 90k. Looked at 4 last weekend that were no less than 98k each.
