A tune is the best bang for the buck. If you can swing an intercooler at the same time (makes you Stage 2 with the intercooler), that would be awesome! Here is My stage 1 package:

COBB Front Mount Intercooler fits with a longer silicon hose (I’d call them ask ask). I believe CVF has one as well.

I think 20,000mi is the 'good maintenance' limit on plugs. If you don't drive very hard you may get more out of them but 100,000mi is definitely not going to happen
