Stage 2 is something I can put together for you right off the bat if you want!
But if you’ve purchased stage 1 and we tune it, then get an intercooler and Want to retune for stage 2 it’s $175 to retune
As promised, I got the truck on the dyno and did some testing. (Note: 91 octane is the only 'premium' fuel in my area, so add +10whp to gains for expected 93oct results. That's typically what I see when tuning 91 vs 93oct, a +10-15hp increase.)
The COBB Stage 1 OTS 91oct map made 418whp 545wtq...
The gen 3 will pull that inlet closed, and you’ll get what feels like a stutter in power, almost like the truck shuts off for 0.25sec.
91acn is really really bad in some cases. Definitely benefit from running a tune
If there are any loose ends they need to tie up they will do that first. Launch comes with hardware/parts support too so that has to be ready to go as well!
Nope, this has been tried and tested several times. The dealer has to see more than a few key cycles for them to pass some sort of initialization. If they see them then everything is good.
Once COBB release their intercooler that will be a good option. A lot of guys have ran the full race intercooler
