None of those are "street legal" but if aimed correctly would be fine on the road. However that bracket system you have does not allow for sufficient up/down alignment, so you may not be able to aim them down at the ground and keep them low. You can't buy THAT part. It's not a field-service item Morimoto sells. Best you can do is buy 1 replacement. But you need to know if you have the Original "1st gen" versoins or the newer "2nd gen" ones.
