So it seems that direction of the rotors does not matter. Nick from Apollo Optics told me that they have lifetime warranty against cracks and breaks. Stopping power improved very much, but now I have crazy nose dive with sharp braking. I installed Eibach springs in the front btw.

If you have 2019 or newer Raptor with rear electronic parking brake, and would like to have BBK's on all four corners then R1 concepts are the only choice. Willwoods, Alcons and Brembos do not work with electronic parking brakes.
