When my bass would hit I had water coming in the closed back window along the track. Doubt it is the vent also, usually it's the roof drainage, then the window. If it was the heater core it would be up front. That's about.....can always take your third brake light off and inspect it. Maybe lube...
Did the rims on my Mustang back in the day, turned out great. Lasted years and could always reapply if needed. Comes back off as well. Didn't do that with my Raptor, had them powder coated.
Bsing aside get you a Fox Acoustic enclosure for around $350, two 10" subs, mono amp for said subs. Check out Down 4 Sound for their amps, pretty cheap and pretty reliable. Subs will be around 500 rms so a 1500 or 2k would be ideal. Replace your fronts with some $350.00ish mids and high...
This will fix it...
Remove all mids and highs, sound deaden, block off plates etc etc
Replace all mids and highs with aftermarket
Add Nav interface and whatever new equivalent
Add mono amp for subs
Add 4 channel for mids and highs
Add subs and enclosure, behind seat, underseat, remove seat...
If you're going to use the Raptor for what it's intended for you NEED the Raptor. If you just need a truck go with the Tremor. If you have the money to splurge...go with the Raptor. Atleast that way, you won't hate your decision later.
I thought I still had a pic from the Fumoto install, yup. If they would just cut out a little bit more it would drip down in a pan and not on the skid plate. Fine till the pressure runs out...lol.
Yeah I was like...seriously? You couldn't have made the "Remove for OIL Change" skid plate sections 2 inches bigger???? Who engineered this? The fumoto has the extension that drains a little further towards the opening but also uses a hose.
Doing your own because you don't trust anyone else is a great reason, as I mentioned. Getting the oil up to operating temperature is great for several reasons. It stirs up any gunk or larger particles and warms the oil to drain easier, faster. This guy.....got tossed around like a salad because...
I have the Fumota for the metal pan and will be using it for the first time soon. Don't be the idiot who bashed these because he tried to drain it in freezing temps with no start up and then complained about how slow they drain. I'm sure it will make life easier.
As far as doing your own oil...
1. ignition Switch it appears for the first one.
2. This code means that the Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) and other control modules on the vehicle are not communicating with each other.
3. Error code U0140 is associated with the Body Control Module (BCM) or the wires from the...
I wouldn't use the extra HP/TQ and the the crappy gas mileage is still a negative no matter how much money you got. Then the mark-ups on top of that...lol. You big spenders can have it...this Raptor cost me 74K and the 25 will be I assume in the high 80's. It's a truck and one I don't use...
The smallest of things. Went to Palmetto State Armory to pick up my CZ Shadow 2 and as I was backing out my camera was looking at the ground. The Hell? I just walked around the back to get in. Put it in park and closed the tailgate. Jumped back in the truck tailgate slams down. Walk back out...
Takes something like that to hold these subs...about #1000 bucks and 100 pounds a piece. Was either that or do a blow through and I use my bed. I just don't use the back seat.
