    Well if it leaks then they have to replace entire shock I think. And if do one and has fixed solenoids and orange shock end then try arguing for them to replace other side....if not leaking just clean and shrinkwrap and drive.

    I'll wait until they replace a few of these under warranty and then cut off the shrink and if getting worse will hit the dealer. If no worse will just shrink wrap it again.

    Not really....cleaned and put some lube on them and maybe I am wrong but figured they would stop corroding once shrinkwrapped and remove exposure to air? Plus took your suggestion and got couple feet of blue and red shrinkwrap....

    Yeah sure they would depending on cost. I shrinkwraped in black so now more boring. I just ordered some orange shrinkwrap to see how I like that....if I hate it I will just go back to black.

    Wish mine looked like that. I noticed it was more than just the shocks. My wheel flare screws were partially corroded so swapped those out, aluminum parts under truck were corroded as well. Fixed worse one and may fix other one...

    Climbed all around under the truck and coated it with Amsoil MPHD. Worked well on last two Rators so did it again. I previously painted anything that needed it. I am glad that is done....just had to take 2 showers to get the overspray smell off of me. Wanted to get it done before heading to...
