I like my FP Touring fart sound with fake engine noise off.....if I grow tired of it then I can always put my OEM exhaust back on.....unlikely.

That would make me nervous watching them back it in that garage.

Getting the lights physically installed was pretty easy. Did like the OP. Great mounting location. I have the Ford Performance exhaust and had to adjust the tail pipe hanger a little to more perfectly align the tail pipes where they belonged.....otherwise the driver's side only had like...

After sitting all day the trans temp only dropped to 93 degrees. After a spirited drive home mostly in Sport mode, the trans temp reached 165.

Some data and pics on Trans temp guage First pic was at start up, then +10 mins (about 5 miles), and final one +20 mins (about 10 miles). Normal urban and highway driving to work. I do not recall ever seeing it much higher than what is shown at +20 minutes even on longer drives.

Forescan it and you will see actual temp numbers.

If someone does not have a 4mm long ball allen, here are two other ways to tighten the screws on the side of the light. 1. Take a 4mm allen and cut it down. I cut it down with a dremel. You can then move the exhaust tip enough to tighten it up. See Pic 1 and 2. 2. Take the (2) 10mm nuts...

Yeah the black ones in the picture are alloy steel and do rust very quickly as I found out in my RC trucks. I found some black anodized aluminum socket head screws that I am going to try.
